Zach Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Hotel Royal Limited, a Singapore listed hospitality group with operations and investments across Southeast Asia. Before assuming the role of CEO in 2026, he held leadership responsibilities in project development, corporate strategy, and group operations, contributing to key initiatives including Hotel Royal Signature Kuala Lumpur and Baba House Melaka.

With an academic and professional background spanning architecture, real estate and hospitality, Zach brings a multidisciplinary perspective to hotel ownership and management. His leadership priorities include strengthening organisational capabilities, enhancing service standards, improving asset performance, and creating distinctive guest experiences that reflect the character of each destination. He is also focused on developing people, encouraging accountability and translating strategy into practical and sustainable execution.

Zach received the HAPA® Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2026. He holds a Master of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master in Real Estate from Harvard University.
