With over 12 years of hospitality experience at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Timothy Parr was appointed Hotel Manager of Grand Hyatt Singapore in September 2024. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence at the reimagined property.
Tim began his Hyatt journey at Park Hyatt Sydney in 2011 as Assistant Manager, before progressing to Assistant Front Office Manager and subsequently Front Office Manager in 2014. He joined Grand Hyatt Singapore in 2017 as Front Office Manager and rose steadily through the ranks—Assistant Director of Rooms in 2018, Director of Rooms in 2020, and Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms in 2023. Over his seven-year tenure at Grand Hyatt Singapore, Tim played a pivotal role during the hotel’s multi-year transformation, guiding his teams with dedication, professionalism, and a growth mindset.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and unwavering commitment to service excellence, Tim works closely with the hotel’s trusted associates to bring to life Grand Hyatt Singapore’s reimagined vision as both a Grand Living Room and a Wellness Haven in the heart of Orchard Road.
