Born and raised in Denmark, Peter Draminsky graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor's degree in International Hotel and Catering Management. He then relocated to Hong Kong as a Corporate Trainee at the Grand Hyatt, taking on various F&B roles before he was appointed as Director of Catering in 1997. Three years later, he returned to Europe to become F&B Director at the Park Hyatt, Madrid, and, in 2003, as Corporate F&B Operations Director with Radisson SAS in Copenhagen, back "home" in Denmark.
Peter joined Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong’s pre-opening team as Director of Food & Beverage in April 2005. In January 2008, he became the Hotel Manager, prior to his promotion to General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake in October 2013.
In 2015, he moved to Singapore to assume the role of General Manager for Regent Singapore (a former Four Seasons hotel), before being promoted in 2019 to his current role as Regional Vice President and General Manager, overseeing the properties in Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.
