Ms Nicola Lee is a graduate from SHATEC and holds a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.  She currently serves as the Academy Chair for South East Asia (South) for the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. With a background in luxury hotels, she has extensive experience in food and beverage operations, event management as well as in training and development.

In addition to her industry experience, Nicola has lectured in Hospitality and Tourism Management at a local polytechnic and is currently a contributing writer on wine and travel for the Singapore Business Times and Tatler Asia. 

She has been both a moderator and a panellist at several industry related conferences and is delighted to be participating at Hospitality Exchange 2026.
