Mr Mi Yang is General Manager of Life Services Business Group at Xiaohongshu, where he drives commercialisation strategy across travel & tourism, F&B, finance, education, healthcare, and medical aesthetics. Previously, he was Partner at ReTech (North America restaurant SaaS), held leadership roles at DiDi including Head of North America International Business, and served as Vice President at BNY Mellon.
At the 2026 Xiaohongshu Travel & Tourism Summit, he introduced the "interest-first" paradigm, arguing that emotional resonance and experiential motivation now precede destination selection—challenging the traditional destination-first planning model.
