Mr Max Del Vita is the co-founder and CEO of Symplehost.ai, an AI operating system for vacation rental owners that lets small teams deliver five-star guest experiences without large operations teams or expensive custom builds. He is also Anthropic's Ambassador in Singapore, where he runs meetups, workshops and hackathons to grow the local AI community.

Before Symplehost, Max spent over a decade building and leading product teams across Asia — as Chief Product Officer at MoneySmart Group and Bubblegum, and Senior Director of Product Management at Zinier — scaling organisations across product, design, engineering and data. Having hired at scale and now built an AI-native company with a small team, he has a first-hand view of how AI is reshaping tech roles and what people entering the field should be optimising for.
