As Head of Group Innovation at City Developments Ltd (CDL), a widely-recognized and reputable global real estate company in innovation and sustainability, Mr Lim Ke-Vin brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. 

Based in Singapore, Ke-Vin formulates and drives innovation and venture capital strategies as part of CDL’s transformation roadmap. He leads CDL’s Enterprise Innovation Committee and co-leads multiple initiatives in Capability/Culture building, Digital-centric, Customer-centric and Robotics & Artificial Intelligence Applications. He serves as an industry mentor to multiple investee and proptech firms. 

Beyond CDL, Ke-Vin sits on both the nomination committee and expert advisory panel of the prestigious climate prize, The Earthshot Prize. He also serves on advisory roles on global innovation and sustainability platforms like Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Solve.

He previously held engineering, project management and asset management roles with Surbana-Jurong, CapitaLand and Ascendas Fund Management. He graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and an active volunteer with a local charity Food from The Heart.
