The Way Forward

Khang is currently founder and fractional CIO/CTO of The Way Forward, a venture providing advisory and interim tech leadership in Travel and Hospitality, as well as democratized mentoring for tech professionals to thrive in their career in an AI age. He is also a board member of the International French School of Singapore, Chair of the Robotics task force in the Hotel Innovation Committee of Singapore Hotel Association, and member of the T-Cube workgroup of Singapore Tourism Board.

Khang has been working for more than 25 years in Tech across companies and countries. First in France in leading consulting companies, as a co-founder of a startup and finally for 12 years in tech leadership positions in the biggest Online Travel Agency in Europe. He then moved to Singapore in 2016, where he held tech leadership positions in different companies, including the position of APAC CIO and then Group Chief Technology Architect at Accor, one of the biggest hospitality management company in the world owning more than 40 hotel brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, Pullman, Novotel, Ibis, managing more than 5,500 hotels across these brands.
