Wilson Innovation Lab 

Mr Ian Wilson is CEO of Wilson Innovation Lab, a company that helps the hospitality industry rethink business models and improve profitability through process innovation, AI, data, and robotics. Previously, he led Hotel Operations for THE LINE in Saudi Arabia, where he was tasked with creating the hotel of the future for the world’s largest mixed-use facility. 

He also served as SVP of Non-Gaming Operations at Marina Bay Sands, helping the organization win the Singapore Quality Award, and as Regional Vice President for China and Southeast Asia at Fairmont Hotels. Ian chairs the Advisory Board for the Business Analytics Program at the National University of Singapore, one of the world’s top 10 programs, and has worked extensively with the Singapore Tourism Board to support Singapore’s travel industry.
