Ashish Manchharam is a Singaporean real estate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in Asian real estate investments and a track record of shaping Singapore’s hospitality landscape. He specialises in heritage re-positioning, lifestyle-driven placemaking, and premium boutique accommodation.

As Founder & Managing Partner of Elevate Capital Group, Ashish leads projects that blend architectural heritage with modern comfort to create destinations that inspire and connect communities. He previously founded 8M Real Estate, where he spearheaded the acquisition, transformation, and brand development of acclaimed boutique hotels and serviced residences, including KeSa House, Ann Siang House, Wanderlust, BASE Residences and the award-winning 21 Carpenter, recipient of the President’s Design Award 2025.
